Shipping policy

Please review your order carefully before placing.

Once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel orders or make any changes to the following: items in your order, shipping address, payment method, or shipping method. Orders are immediately sent to our distribution center for fulfillment.

• We are NOT responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the receiver. Please check your shipping address twice before placing your order. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.
• Novella Equestrian is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit/delivery. Please contact the carrier and file a claim.
