Exchanges & Returns

We want you to feel confident, comfortable, and completely obsessed with your Novella pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be unworn and unwashed, in original condition with tags attached in the original packaging. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, dirt, horse hair, perfume, smoke, or detergent scent. Items that do not meet these standards may be sent back at the expense of the customer.

Exchanges (Recommended) / Exchanges are available on full-price items within 30 days of purchase. Your first exchange is complimentary. Each additional exchange on the same order will incur a $12 fee to cover shipping and processing

Returns / Returns on full-priced items must be requested and sent back within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund. A prepaid return label will be provided once your return is approved & a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are issued once your return has been received and inspected.

Sale Items & Accessories / Sale items & accessories are final sale. This includes: Hats, earrings, belts

Retail Purchases / If your item was purchased through a Novella retailer, please contact them directly for returns or exchanges.
