For full-price returns, visit your customer account by clicking here and select the eligible order and item(s) you'd like to return. Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. A $12 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and free of makeup, deodorant, dirt, animal hair, perfume, smoke, or detergent scent.

Final Sale
Sale items, saddle pads and accessories —including hats, earrings, and belts —are final sale.

Retail Purchases
Items purchased through a Novella retailer must be returned or exchanged directly through that retailer.
