RETURNS / EXCHANGES / RETAILERS
RETURNS: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns must be requested and returned back to Novella within 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund.
To start a return, you can fill out the information below and we'll send you a return label, free of charge within 48 hours.
A full refund will be sent to the customer once the product has arrived back to us in the condition listed above. Store credit may be issued if over 30 days from purchase date if the style is still listed on the site. Styles that are no longer listed may not be returned for a refund or store credit.
